You will need to know the measurements of the diameter and center-to-center screw hole of the current drain you are replacing. If it is new construction, ask your contractor if your drain pipe is ABS or PVC or if he will be hot mopping your shower.

PVC is a white or gray colored pipe. ABS is a black pipe. A cast iron body is used during hot mopping, which is the traditional way of securing the subfloor.

We offer a lifetime warranty on the drain covers. What this covers is if there is any bending or breaking of the drain, we will send out a new cover in the finish of the original order and send a label for you to send the old drain back.

Sadly, there is no such thing as a ‘standard’ drain size. In our years of business, we have seen many different sizes, from as small as 2 inches to as big as 6. If you don’t feel comfortable measuring your drain, you are more than welcome to mail it to us for us to get exact measurements and make an exact replacement for your shower!

We currently offer a polished, brushed Stainless Steel finish. We also offer BRASS in a polished or brushed finish. Oil Rubbed Bronze is also available. Brass and Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes take approximately 2 weeks to get shipped.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, additional shipping or handling charges will be applicable. Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce snap-in drains. If you have one, there is a high chance that if you snap it off, you will reveal 2 screw holes. If not, you still have the option of getting a Designer Drain. What we would do is create a drain with no screw holes that you will put down with silicone. The drain will not be damaged or move around on you. It will fit perfectly.

Of course, you can! Simply unscrew it or pop it off and bag it up for your next shower!
